Once the cremation is complete, your loved one’s cremated remains should be returned to the people who matter most.

We are proud to offer complimentary delivery of cremated remains as part of our all-inclusive direct cremation service throughout London, Ontario and surrounding communities.

Thames Valley Cremation Services was among the first in London, Ontario and the surrounding
communities to include in-home delivery of cremated remains as part of our service.

Once the cremation is complete, returning your loved one’s cremated remains is an important and very personal moment. Rather than asking you to travel to collect them, one of our licensed funeral directors will personally deliver them to the executor, next of kin, or designated recipient.

At the time of delivery, the executor, next of kin, or designated recipient will sign a simple
acknowledgement confirming receipt of the cremated remains. We will also review the Cremation Certificate with you.

Returning Your Loved One

There is no need to drive, schedule a pick-up appointment, or make another trip across the city. We come to you.

Our funeral directors will arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you and personally deliver your loved one’s cremated remains directly into your care with professionalism, respect and compassion.

The delivery appointment is brief and typically takes only a few minutes.

After many years of serving families in our community, we recognized that returning to collecting cremated remains often required another trip. When Thames Valley Cremation Services opened, we wanted to change that.

Whether transferring someone's loved one, assisting with pre-arrangements or taking the time to answer questions, day or night, Mike makes himself available to families throughout London and the surrounding communities when they need him.
