Payment and Terms

Payment is due full upon signing the contract. Accepted methods of payments include e-transfer, cash, debit, bank draft, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance for cremation and burial services may be available through government programs for those who qualify. We are in full cooperation with both Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and the Discretionary Benefits Program through the City of London.

If the deceased was receiving ODSP, the City of London may be able to assist with this payment through their Discretionary Benefits Department. Please contact 519-661-2489 and ask for Discretionary Benefits regarding funeral expenses. Financial assistance must be arranged before signing a funeral contract.
