Understanding the online cremation process
when a death has occurred.

Welcome to the Direct Online Cremation Services Arrangement Process

The following steps will allow us to complete the necessary forms and documents so that we can proceed with the cremation and delivery of the cremated remains, proof of death certificates, notification to Service Canada to stop CPP & OAS payments, and the CPP Death Benefit and CPP Survivor's Pension applications (if applicable).

The person in charge of the arrangements will receive notifications throughout each step so that they know when each important step has been completed.
